I think I am going to all-but-skip the scale from now on. I am going to weight myself on the first of the month, only. It is just a number and there are many other factors that influence your health and your appearance. However, it is a good benchmark to see how you are doing, so I think monthly is a good way to go about it, especially for one who will be nursing.
