Weight Progress Report

I think I am going to all-but-skip the scale from now on. I am going to weight myself on the first of the month, only. It is just a number and there are many other factors that influence your health and your appearance. However, it is a good benchmark to see how you are doing, so I think monthly is a good way to go about it, especially for one who will be nursing.

Current Weigh-In Statistics:

Goal: 165

199; 2/17/10! Official starting weight. Must act now- I vowed never to get over 200 again.

193; 1/12/10

186.0; 7/15/09

188.5; 6/18/09

191.5; 4/9/09

199.5; 3/13/09
