My Goals Are:
*To continue with a healthy pregnancy by doing some form of light exercise (I’m going to try a yoga video and some extra walking) several times a week, or as my energy permits.
*To plan a healthy postpartum by establishing routine in pregnancy that can be carried out easily after-baby.
*To choose the food I eat and when I eat it, not eating on impulse or unplanned splurge. Adding a vegetable a day is a good start to conscious food choices.
*To drink the requisite 64 ounces of water a day.
